When To Arrive
If you’re attending any of our pre-conference programs, we suggest you arrive on Monday, May 13, or early Tuesday, May 14. Pre-conference sessions start at 10 am CT on Tuesday, May 14.
The first conference session for EFG2024 starts on Tuesday, May 14 at 3 pm CT. We suggest landing at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport at 12 pm ET or earlier.
When To Depart
The final conference session ends at 1:30 pm CT on Thursday, May 16. To allow ample time for travel to the airport and navigating security lines, we recommend booking flights to depart no earlier than 4 pm CT.
