Pre-Conference Workshops (Wednesday, May 29, 2019)

Business Leader Summit

Wednesday, May 29th – 8:00am-11:00am

(Open only to full-time corporate professionals)

This closed-door, business-only session provides you with a unique opportunity to bond with peers and pick up success strategies for blending purpose and profit.

In this highly interactive session, you’ll participate in helpful group discussions and collective problem solving. The first hour and a half will be lead by Khalil Smith, The NeuroLeadership Institute’s Diversity & Inclusion Practice Lead who will lead an interactive session with activities revolving around sharing the collective best practices in the room, facilitating insights, and making real-time updates to your diversity and inclusion strategy. This time together will focus on how you can create real behavior change to mitigate bias, optimize inclusion, and build diverse teams, all by relying on an approach grounded in neuroscience.

In the next segment,The Kroger Co’s Sunny Parr will lead a solutions-focused discussion about measurement and social impact ROI, sharing her own lessons learned and leveraging the wisdom of the group to brainstorm the best solutions for your measurement challenges.

Nonprofit Leadership Summit

Experience this popular, closed-door gathering exclusively for senior nonprofit executives interested in frank, private discussions of common challenges, and new ideas from industry leaders.
